Data Cleansing and Enhancement
LRC are pleased to be able to offer you a new service aimed at making your data more effective. If you have a minimum of 40 cases that you send to us in one go, we can cleanse and enhance your data in the following ways, ensuring it's as accurate as can be before we start using it;
- Identify known gone aways and deceased.
- Append telephone numbers and confirm whether a contact is ex directory.
- Provide new addresses where available.
- Tidy up addresses and make them consistent with PAF format.
Plus much more. By making your data more accurate and up to date, you'll soon see the benefits, so save yourself time and let us do the hard work for you. These new services are low cost so we can also save you money, for example we can do a trace for as little as £5 if the new address is available. Please see the table below for the costs of the service.
